$170,000-$220,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

Pharma-Partners Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a pioneering global biotechnology company as they continue to expand their Medical Affairs team with the appointment of an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison covering the Atlantic Territory (VA, DC, NC, SC, GA, and FL)

This is an outstanding opportunity to join an organisation at the forefront of immuno-oncology innovation, where you'll play a critical role in advancing scientific engagement, supporting clinical development and building meaningful relationships with leading oncology experts.

The Opportuni

• Serve as the scientific expert across a high-profile oncology portfolio
• Develop strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders, investigators and leading oncology centres
• Deliver high-quality scientific exchange through advisory boards, congresses, investigator meetings and educational programmes
• Generate and communicate valuable field insights to shape medical and commercial strategy
• Support clinical research, investigator-sponsored studies and early access programmes
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and Commercial

We're looking for someone with

• MD, PharmD or PhD (or equivalent advanced scientific degree)
• 3-5+ years' experience as a Medical Science Liaison
• Strong oncology experience, ideally within immuno-oncology or melanoma
• Proven success developing trusted relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals
• Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across a matrix organisation
• Willingness to travel across the Atlantic Territory (approximately 60%)
