Senior Brand Manager Oncology

Our client, a global pharmaceutical business based in Uxbridge, are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to support the Business Unit Head in the pre- and post-launch marketing strategy for innovative oncology products across the UK & Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the oncology marketing strategy and tactical marketing activities
• Work cross-functionally to ensure both brand and budget alignment
• Participate in local and national leadership meetings
• Work collaboratively with European operations to contribute to the regional marketing plan
• Project manage specific initiatives at a local and pan-European level
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, providing important expertise and solutions
• Analyse sales and market data to ensure the business is ahead of its competition

Candidate Requirements

• Launch experience in oncology or haematology
• Experience of the NICE appraisal process
• Cross-functional experience & knowledge of market access, medical affairs & pricing functions
• Hands-on style
• Demonstrable leadership experience
