Job title: Pharmacovigilance Manager - GVP

The main purpose of this role is to support the Global Quality Management team with an emphasis on CAPA Management and Pharmacovigilance audits. In addition to these activities, the role would include supporting the Global Quality Management team with other Pharmacovigilance QA activities as required.


  • Support, perform, and manage pharmacovigilance quality assurance activities
  • Review and assess corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Follow-up on the development, implementation and completion of corrective and preventive actions with internal and external auditees
  • Assist the pharmacovigilance audit programme with planning, communicating, documenting, and executing the pharmacovigilance audit strategy
  • Support the Global Quality Management team in risk assessment activities
  • Support the preparation and review of relevant PSMF Annexes


  • Degree in natural science or equivalent number of years' experience
  • Experience in CAPA management related to pharmacovigilance/patient safety
  • Experience in pharmacovigilance audits (as an auditee/auditor)
  • Exposure to regulatory inspections
  • Understanding of audits and CAPA management
