Pharma-Partners is supporting a small well established pharmaceutical business to recruit a new permanent Brand Manager. This organisation has a number of legacy products in two main therapy areas and is looking to build on this stability with six new key launches in 2022.

Working as one of three Brand Managers in the UK, you will drive and lead end to end product launches, working closely with the market access and business development teams. You will be able to work autonomously, and show great initiative whilst working in this flat structured organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing the marketing strategy on two of the six new product launches planned, working closely with the Associate Marketing Director and Business Unit Heads
  • Create omnichannel marketing materials, with a particular focus on digital
  • Work as part of a cross functional team with Market Access, Sales & Medical to ensure messaging is accurate and fully aligned
  • Liaising with KAMs
  • Manage and lead events and exhibition participation
  • Build KOL programmes
  • Monitor marketing plan performance in line with budget, including KPIs on omnichannel activity

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree, preferably in business or science
  • Previous experience of successful marketing campaigns
  • Proven launch experience
  • Multi-channel experience
  • Up to date knowledge of relevant NHS bodies and structures, and patient pathways
  • Proactive, autonomous individual with a high level of initiative
  • Strong interest and/or experience in women's health and reproductive health
  • Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels
