National Sales Account Manager

Pharma-Partners is supporting an established small-mid sized global pharma as it expands its UK sales & marketing team. This organisation has a long-standing presence in Neuroscience, with multiple treatments on the market and an interesting pipeline.

This National Sales Account Manager is responsible for the commercial success of one of our client's new Neurology brands across the UK and managing the brand team. This person will project manage and implement the launch plan, as part of a cross functional team comprising Market Access, Medical, and Marketing. This will be an end-to-end role covering pre-HTA submission right through to launch, and driving continued success post-launch.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of the cross functional plan to successfully launch the product
  • Develop a targeted customer strategy
  • Build a field sales team to launch the product
  • Engage directly with customers & drive partnerships with key accounts
  • Develop the annual Brand Plan
  • Identify key NHS trends and opportunities which could come from those
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of pharma sales/marketing experience
  • Neurology or biologics experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in a marketing lead role
  • Experience securing market access for novel drugs
