UK&I Asscoiate Medical Director - Neuroscience

Pharma-Partners is recruiting a newly created Associate Director position for a small, growing pharmaceutical company. Our client has marketed products across a couple of core therapeutic areas and have invested heavily to create a strong pipeline with multiple molecules across Phase I-III. This role will be key in driving launch related initiatives for their Neurosciecnes division. In time this position will take on line management of MSLs.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a medical and scientific lead for Neuroscience
  • Input into medical strategy for Neuroscience division
  • Drive and deliver on Medical Affairs initiatives
  • Review and approve materials in line with the ABPI Code
  • Align plans in collaboration with business partners in global and EU teams
  • Actively support and provide leadership to MSLs on field activities
  • Ensure strong relationships are maintained with external stakeholders such as HCPs, KOLs, as well as regulatory bodies such as the MHRA and NICE

Requirements:

  • UK registered Medical Doctor or Pharmacist
  • Experiecne as a UK Medical Advisor (or equivalent)
  • ABPI Final Medical Signatory (or abilit to become one)
  • A background in Neurology, Respiratory or Rare Disease is desirable
  • Good knowledge of the NHS
