Account Manager – Healthcare Communications/Advertising

Pharma Partners are working with a key Healthcare Communications client who are currently looking to add to their branding/advertising team with a Account Manager hire due to business growth.

The Role

Working closely with other members of the client services team in partnership with Medical Writers and the Creative team you will work on a variety of projects across a range of therapy areas to ensure successful and timely planning, development, and implementation of project deliverables to the highest quality standards.

You will play a key role in providing direction, support and coaching to junior members of the client services team.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for specified clients
  • Take full ownership for the day-to-day delivery of all assigned client projects.
  • Ensure effective communication of project briefs to the wider team.
  • Ensure all projects are on brief when delivered in line with the client’s expectations.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of all projects.
  • Provide effective updates to the client on an ongoing basis throughout the project.
  • Manage all financial responsibilities as agreed to deliver the clients project on budget.
  • Work in partnership with the Account Director and senior leadership to develop client relationships.
  • Taking a leading role in the approval process and ensuring quality control
  • Build an understanding of the required client brands and disease areas.
  • Support the relationship, and interact, with key opinion leaders across the industry.
