Ecologi
Pharma Partners have partnered with Ecologi to reduce their carbon footprint and help fund climate projects. Alongside planting thousands of trees, this partnership will also support local families and restore wildlife habitats across the globe. In addition to an office powered by 100% renewable energy and a flexible working pattern that reduces overall emissions, every employee is carbon positive both inside and outside of work.
Fundraising
We are grateful to be in a position where we can give back to the local community. Over the years, we have raised tens of thousands of pounds for charity, from hosting events and participating in various sporting activities. Following our charitable success in recent years, having partnered with Midlands Air Ambulance, MacMillan Cancer Support, and Make a Wish Foundation our most recent charitable partner was decided via a company-wide vote. For this year, our chosen charity is Kids’ Village – a charity on a mission to build the UK’s first holiday village for critically ill children and their families. However, we endeavour to work with smaller local charities throughout the year too. In addition, we also love taking part in challenges that allow us to raise money for some of our favourite causes, such as the LandAid SleepOut.
Community
As a people-focused business, we try to give back to the communities we work in. This has included supporting those struggling to get back into work by partnering with charities that provide interview clothing alongside practical guidance. We are proud to support various charities throughout the year.
Dedicated ESG Team
We take our Environmental, Social and Governance very seriously, and we’re always looking for ways to help, both locally and globally. So, we’ve put together a dedicated team of volunteers to keep us proactive and organised in our ESG efforts. Our dedicated ESG team put together a number of charitable initiatives throughout the year including engaging in national charitable days. We have also organised dedicated working days for volunteering in local charities, covered by the business.
